Air preheaters
Air preheater heat exchangers are used in power plant technology (e.g. the waste industry) to preheat combustion air. Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, a large number of incineration plants throughout Europe are equipped with our air preheaters.

Tube bundle heat exchangers
Tube bundle heat exchangers are used in a wide variety of industries and processes for heating and cooling liquids or gases. They consist of a shell and a tube bundle. Pharmaceutical heat exchangers are also manufactured in a modified form.
These heat exchangers are equipped with double tube plates, ensuring that the medium cannot be contaminated by a leaking weld seam, for example. This means that the ultra-pure media always remains pure.
If a weld seam is defective, the medium escapes visibly without contaminating the other medium. These heat exchangers are available in the highest quality materials (e.g. Hastelloy HC22, 1.4539).

Gas-liquid heat exchangers
These heat exchangers are designed to transfer heat between a gaseous and a liquid medium. They are often used in power plants to utilise heat from exhaust gases and heat liquids, which are then reused for energy generation or other processes.

Gas-gas heat exchangers
This type of heat exchanger is used in many industries, including power plants for exhaust gas heat recovery. Heat-resistant materials are used, due to the high temperatures involved.

Steam condensers
Steam condensers are used to convert steam into liquids. The heat of the vapour is transferred to a cooling medium and the vapour is made to condense. Steam condenser heat exchangers make a significant contribution to energy efficiency and sustainability in industrial processes.

Finned tube heat exchangers
A finned tube heat exchanger is a special type of heat exchanger designed for efficient heat transfer between two media, often between a gas and a liquid. The main feature of a finned tube heat exchanger is the presence of fins on the outer surfaces of the tubes which increase the heat transfer surface area. This allows more heat to be transferred to or from a fluid without having to significantly increase the physical size of the heat exchanger.

Double pipe heat exchangers
A double pipe heat exchanger is a simple and robust type of heat exchanger that consists of two concentric tubes with one tube inside the other. In this design, two different media flow through the two tubes to transfer heat between them without the two media mixing directly. The heat exchangers can be operated in co-current or counter-current mode.
